Sinusitis refers to inflammation of membrane lining the para-nasal sinuses, where sinuses are air-filled spaces present in skull around the nose. 
Normally air-filled sinses get blocked and filled with fluid after getting infected with microbes like bacterias and viruses. 

RISK FACTORS: Irritants such as air pollution, smoke and chemicals 

Allergies like allergic rhinitis, asthma 

Recurrent ear infections 

Narrow nasal passages

COMPOSITION: Hydrastis canadensis 3x, Lemna minor 3x, Pulsatilla nigricans 3x , Sanguinaria canadensis 3x 

INDICATIONS 

Acute and chronic sinusitis.Post-nasal discharge, Obstructed sensation in nose, coryza 

Sensation of pain or heaviness over para-nasal sinuses 

CONTRAINDICATIONS: No known 

DOSAGE10-15 drops in 1/4th cup of water 3-4 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.
