It is used in cephalalgia, sciatica, paralysis. Prostration and restlessness.

Head- Anxious and depressed, confused. Vertigo, must close eyes. Head is heavy and noises in ears.

Pateint suffering from nausea, vomiting. Pain in pit of stomach and abdomen. Severe purging.

Walking unsteady. Trembling of all limbs. Loss of power in extremities. Violent pain in calves, as if bound with cords. Cold extremities. Spasmodic motions of arms and legs. 

Cannot write, cannot hold a glass of water. Trembling of hands in paralysis.

Dose- As prescribed by physician. Can be taken along with allopathic medicines.

Precautions:

Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine. 
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
