Composition with potency 

1. Ferrum Phosphorica – 3x
2. Kali Muriaticum – 3x
3. Kali Sulphuricum – 3x

For use when: 

Fever with sore throat

Red rashes all over the body, with itching

Running nose, cough, watering of eyes

Discharges – Thin, watery and acrid

Dosage

Adults- 3-4 tablets three times a day or as prescribed by Physician

Children – 2 tablets three times a day or as prescribed by Physician

Can be taken with Allopathic medicines

Precautions

Maintain half an hour gap between food/drink/any other medicines and homeopathic medicine. 
Avoid any strong smell in the mouth while taking medicine e.g. camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, hing.
